Grandma & Grandpa Crowl

Grandma and Grandpa Crowl spent the past week with us. Colter seriously has the best
grandparents. He is one seriously loved guy. There are not many people who are so thrilled to be with him that they jump at the chance to change diapers. (thank you Grandma for helping in that department) When Colter is a walking encyclopedia, I am going to thank Grandpa Crowl for the endless book reading and the many trips around the house where he points out every object in sight.

We had quite a few fun outings including several walks, first time at the pool, a trip to Edmonds for some delicious yogurt, lunch at Hamburger Harry's, and a lunch date with dad and the Heavilands at a yummy restaurant called Skillet.

The Crowls blessed Ben and I with quite a bit of time to get out and about. It was so wonderful to go shopping for our anniversary gift, go on a date with Mark and Jess, get my hair done for 3 hours, go grocery shopping, and go to church twice without having to take Colter along.

They also love to help us with projects and I always feel so productive when they are here. This trip we got Colter's wall decal hung up, and the wires in our front yard buried. They also treated us to an amazing crab dinner and got Ben totally hooked on a new game, bananagrams!

Thanks for loving us and our little man so well!
