Papa we love you!

Dad/Ben is:

A strong man of God who works hard and diligently to lead his family while keeping Christ at the center of our lives.

A huge help around the house. He works all day and will always walk in the door willing to help, as if he's spent the day at a spa relaxing. I am so thankful for his commitment to be together as a family in the evenings.

Incredibly caring. If I need a nap, he'll always take Colter for me. If I'm feeling like I haven't gotten a lot of quality time with girl friends, he'll arrange some night coffee dates for me to get out. If I have an opportunity to do something on the weekend, he'll gladly watch Colter all day and have tons of fun doing it. If someone is in need of help, he'll almost always volunteer to help out.

Dedicated.  He is one of the hardest workers that I know. He puts so much effort into everything that he does.

A super fun papa. Ben is such a fan dad to Colter. He loves to find new ways to make him smile and laugh and he always wants to be involved in new outings and experiences.

We basically love you to death :)

Here's a few pics from our father's day:

cinnamon roll pancakes. Look at the picture. Do I need to say anything else?

We went to church and saw Harper be dedicated. After a tasty lunch and rest time, we headed to the zoo for zoopalooza! They had 3 different kid's bands that played and we brought along a picnic dinner. My mom asked who liked the music more, the adults or the kids, because we kept getting excited at the start of each song. I've never seen Colter sit that still for that long. He would finish each song with a happy clap.

We walked around the zoo after the concert. Most of the animals were hiding, but the birds were out in full force!

We stopped at the rose garden on our way out and it was insanely gorgeous! The roses were in full bloom and the smell was amazing. Colter was more interested in splashing in this disease infested water.

Happy Father's Day!
