We spent a morning over at the Heavilands while Jess and Harper went to a little gym class and did some science experiments.
On Jessica's birthday, we met her in Edmonds for a Starbucks treat and some beach time.
We had a super fun and full day at gymnastics, swimming at nana's pool, and then riding bikes/scooters later in the day.
The kids and I went for a walk in Mill Creek and stopped a little creek. I love little adventures with these little guys.
Ben helped the Grants move into their new house , so I took the kids and met up with Jill at the beach. It was SO beautiful outside and Dan was super entertainer.
That night I hosted a little girls night for Jill's third baby, due to arrive any day!
The next day was just as beautiful, so after church we went down to the beach with Nana and soaked up some rays .
Sunday dinners at Nana's are such a fun memory.
Ben and I got in a little date and caught this incredible sunset.
I had a totally bizarre day. Colter peed all over my room, I slipped on the stairs, Maddie bit her lip and then on the way home from play group we got a flat tire after hitting a pot hole. I was slightly concerned that we would survive the rest of the day.. but we did!
We had another fabulous time at the cherry blossoms. It's one of my favorite times every year. I love the atmosphere during the blossoms. Everyone is out picnicing, playing ball, running around.
We took a ferry ride to go to a breakfast place called the Oak Table. We've been wanting to go there forever and it did not disappoint. AMAZING!!
We took a trip to the children's museum and this little guy surprised me by putting on a little show. Love him.
We spent a rainy morning in Edmonds puddle stomping and train watching
My sis watched my kids for an appointment and I got this picture with the caption "wrestle buddies"
I had an appointment with Colter downtown, so while we were in our meeting, Ben took Maddie for a little treat and walk around the houseboats.
After the appointment, I took the kids downtown on a little adventure after an appointment. We took the light rail and stopped to eat at Serious Biscuit, then walked around Lake Union. It was one of the best days i've had with the kids in a long time. It was so relaxing to explore with no agenda. We found a little pocket park, pretended to drive rescue boats on the lake, and talked to ducks.
We took a little family hike on an old coal mine trail. There was an old coal car and you could see where the miners used to head down.
